Grace Alone

Looking for a confirmation curriculum that focuses on discussion and Bible study, but isn't stuck in the past? Hoping to explore the deeper topics of how faith comes up in our daily decisions with students entering adulthood, rather than running a program that oversimplifies everything and glosses over the hard stuff? This 38 lesson curriculum can form an instant 2-year program! Includes lessons on the Small Catechism, church history, worship and the church calendar, faith life, how the ELCA works, and several special topics. Want to learn more about the church as a youth or adult connected to the ELCA? Do you feel like you don't know what questions to ask? Does the church seem to be saying a bunch of new stuff that makes you uncomfortable? Are you surrounded by people who were Lutheran in the cradle and they keep using words you don't understand? This book can help you explore your faith and your faith community, at your own pace and with plenty of time to think (and pray!) things over.
