Patient Zero

Stefan Ruzowitzky directs this horror in which a global pandemic has infected most of Earth's human population and mutated them into violent, flesh-eating zombies. Matt Smith stars as possibly the only uninfected person remaining who can communicate with the mutants in their newly-developed language, and bands together a group of remaining survivors to search for the elusive Patient Zero - the only person able to cure the disease. The cast also includes Natalie Dormer, Stanley Tucci, Clive Standen and Agyness Deyn.
